Since it was perfect packing snow, I made an Eco Friendly snowman today with the kids AKA Veggie Man. I raided the fridge and found some fun things to make our snowman come alive. We used cilantro for the hair, blueberries for the eyes and buttons, carrot nose and an apple slice for a mouth. When he melts and becomes one with the earth, we won’t have to worry about retrieving buttons and non environmentally friendly objects
