It’s easy to create your own festive Preakness hat to go to enjoy the Preakness festivities or create you own Preakness themed celebration to watch the races at home. I bought a plain back and white sun hat and embellished it with Maryland themed accents. I used ribbon, flowers and the Maryland flag.
