These creepy glowing eyes, lurking in the bushes, are enough to give your trick-or-treaters the uneasy feeling of being watched. These are so cheap and easy to make with things you probably already have around your house. The best part is that they take only minutes to make!

Materials Needed for the Glowing Eyes
- Toilet Paper or Paper Towel Rolls
- Black Acrylic Paint
- Scissors
- LED Lights or Glow Sticks
How to Make the Spooky Glowing Eyes
Draw eyes on the paper tubes with a pencil. I also like to glue two tubes together to create a mouth.
Cut the eyes and mouth out with a pair of scissors. I also paint the outside of the tube black so it is not as noticeable at night. I only want the eyes to appear, not the tube.
Fill each tube with LED lights or glow sticks. The LED lights work much better if you want the eyes to pop! Place them in the bushes so these creepy eyes will stare at the trick-or-treaters with their ominous gaze.
