Fabergé Eggs

Eggs

I have always been fascinated with the jeweled Fabergé Eggs and the amazing craftsmanship used to create these beautiful works of art. I thought it would be fun to make some candy box versions of these luxurious eggs. I like to have something special at each place seating from my Easter Brunch guests and this will be a pretty and unexpected touch. The instructions to create these my designs can be found here.

I used metallic scrapbooking paper and rhinestones to reproduce the jewel encrusted gold and enamel eggs.

The finished boxes can be filled with shredded paper to hold candy or a small gift.
